Can I make a drop down menu in the description of services on the invoice, so I can just select which service I bill for ?

You cannot make a drop down menu in the description. But, if you create an item in your product and service list and enter a description in the setup of the item, it will autofill that description anytime you select that item on an invoice.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
