If you're referring to creating a deposit template intended for petty cash, this option is currently unavailable. QuickBooks only use one template for a business deposit slip. However, if you have a pre-printed deposit slip, you can set it up in the system and use it when printing your deposits.
I've added here some articles that you can visit about printing deposits and on how petty cash works in QuickBooks Online:
Let me know if you're referring to something else or if you have any other questions. I'll make sure you're all set. Thanks for coming, and have a good day!
you should create a bank type account for cash, and fund it with a transfer and / or deposit
then you use an expense form or write checks, do not print - the write checks is just a data entry form, list the expenses paid and save just as you would if you used a check from a checking account
Other than that, no there is way to make a special format for cash payments. Not sure why your question about payments got an answer from intuit about deposits.
