Yes, you can absolutely refund just the shipping costs for a customer. You’ll want to create a refund receipt. From your dashboard:
- Click +New
- Under Customers, select Refund Receipt
- Fill in the customer information, bank account, etc.
- In the Product/Service window, select shipping from the drop-down
- Enter the amount to be refunded
- Save and close
