Can I make changes on a closed invoice

Yes, we can definitely do it, bbeasley.

I'll guide you on how to do this process. Before diving in, we'll have to take note that the payment linked to this invoice will also be affected. For instance, changing the amount of a paid invoice would leave a balance to your customer or create customer credit.

You can follow these steps in editing your invoice:

  1. Select Sales from the sidebar menu.
  2. Click the Invoices tab.
  3. Choose the appropriate invoice.
  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Save when you're done.
  6. Select Yes to confirm the changes.

In case you need to track all the invoices that are due on a particular date range, you can refer to this link to be guided in customizing the Transaction Detail By Account report.

Please know that our doors are open 24/7 to help you, so please don't hesitate to visit us again if you have questions or need further assistance with managing your invoices.
