Can I manage more than 1 business on this account? If yes how if no then what do I do?

QuickBooks Online allows only one company/business per subscription, Roxanne-wojdalsk.

For an additional company, you'll have to sign up for a new account. Then, you can use the same login credentials when signing up. This way, you can easily switch to both accounts.

How many business (i.e company) do you have to manage? At some point, consider migrate to QB Desktop with a private cloud to let your mobile users access the data file by internet connection. Otherwise, you have to puchase a new QBO subscription for each company file.
