Can I pay a vendor with direct deposit? If so, how? I only see option to write check

Currently, there's no integrated way to pay vendors through direct deposit in QBO. You'll want to utilize Online Bill Pay instead to pay your bills for hassle-free and faster transactions. For more details, please refer to this article: What is Online Bill Pay?

Moreover, QuickBooks integrates with hundreds of third-party software developers. While I’m unable to recommend an app, I can direct you to a website where you can look for an application specific to your business needs. From there, you can integrate the app into QBO.

On the other hand, you can set up and manage direct deposit for your contractors, as Fiat Lux - ASIA has shared above.

2. Select Feedback.
