Can I remove vehicles that are no longer a part of my business so they do not show up every time I go to categorize?

Welcome to the Community, Nrnproperty. Yes, in QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can mark vehicles as inactive to remove them from your active view and daily categorization list. While vehicles cannot be permanently deleted, this status keeps your records organized and hides them from your workspace.

To remove a vehicle from your account, first navigate to the Miles menu. Next, click the dropdown arrow located next to the Add trip button and select Manage vehicle from the list. Once there, choose the specific vehicle you wish to remove and click Vehicle no longer in use to update your records.

Please note that if the vehicle is currently set as Primary, you must assign another vehicle as Primary before you can mark the original as inactive.
