I have a way here to make sure you're able to get the information of your deleted estimate.
You’ll want to recreate it manually. We can use the Audit Log to recover the details needed to reinstate the deleted transaction. This feature tracks your activities such as added and modified entries.
Here are the steps to do it:
Go to the Gear icon.
Under Tools, select Audit Log.
Locate the estimate and click the View link under the History column.
From there, you can re-enter the transaction using the information with its original transaction date.
