Can I see w-2's before the year end, to check on them

Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. I can provide you with a time of when you can view W-2's in your QuickBooks Online account. 

Depending on if you pay and file manually or have auto pay and file, will determine when you're able to review the W-2's: 

• Manually pay and file: View them starting January 1st. 
• Auto pay and file: View them starting January 13th.

Yes, correct. The option to access W-2s before the year-end is unavailable. The annual form (2023) will be available for viewing starting January next year.
