In QuickBooks Online, we have this feature called Routine which lets you send an automatic reminder not just for yourself but for your customer as well. We just need to activate this feature first:

So when I go into Quickbooks Lab, I’m only given three options: QuickBooks Invoicing for Gmail, SmartScan your books, and Import Style.Do I need to be a super admin to get the option to create Routines? I’m only an Admin status.

Routines were recently turned into the Workflows feature, which is exclusive to QuickBooks Online Advanced. For an overview of this roll-out, I recommend the following article: How to automate tasks with routines.
