Can i set ky invoices to only show the current year? And not from the start of my subscription? Also can paid invoices be registered as income instead of only what cones into my account or entered manually?

Yes, you can. Just set the Date filter to Year to date, and this will only show you the list of invoices in 2021. You can also click the DATE header to sort the transactions in ascending or descending order.

As for the paid invoices, you can wait till the payments are posted in your bank account and downloaded to QBSE, so you can categorize them as income. You can also enter them manually.

The invoicing feature in QBSE is for tracking purposes only. That's why you'll need to wait for the payment transactions.
