A discount might have been applied to your account when it was initially setup, pat-valiquette.
Regular subscription rates will automatically apply after the promotion will expire. An email notification was sent after you signed up for the account. This includes the monthly subscription fee and other details related to your subscription. I'd recommend checking out the email confirmation to see if a discount was applied when you activated your account.
You can also follow the steps below on how you can reach out to our phone support team. They'll be able to pull up your account and discuss your billing history with you:
Click the Help menu and click Contact Us.
Let them know that you need help with your subscription fee, then click Let's talk.
Click Get a call or Start messaging if you want to start a chat session.
