Can I still use the create button to do an invoice?

Nothing happens when I use the create button. I use it all the time and now I can't.

Can I still use the create button to do an invoice?

Yes, you must able to create invoices from the +New icon. Since you can't access the button, let me share some steps that'll resolve some of the most common browser-related issues when working in QBO.

 

First, log out from your account.

 

Second, use an incognito/private browsing session or a different browser. Here are the hotkeys  to quickly open an incognito session: 

 

Here are the hotkeys for browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N
