Can I unlink my employees from a Journal entry provided from Paychex. This suddenly appeared this week, Paychex is not the issue?

Hi @stewart-eidel,

 

Paychex is a 3rd party app that you can sync to QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

With how it works, your payroll transactions from Paychex are imported to your QBO company as a journal entry. That said, QBO simply accepts these journal entries as is, and doesn't have an option to edit them. 

 

What I can suggest for you is to contact Paychex support for further assistance. They can check if there's an issue with how the journal entries are imported to QBO. You can find their contact details on this page: Paychex Link and Sync
