Paychex is a 3rd party app that you can sync to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
With how it works, your payroll transactions from Paychex are imported to your QBO company as a journal entry. That said, QBO simply accepts these journal entries as is, and doesn't have an option to edit them.
What I can suggest for you is to contact Paychex support for further assistance. They can check if there's an issue with how the journal entries are imported to QBO.
