I'm here to share some information about deleting client on your QuickBooks account.
Once you remove or delete a client, they'll no longer receive any notification with regard to your account. That said, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team so we can check the authenticity of the email and to prevent your account from any fraudulent activity.
