@edenwillow. I'm here to lend a hand on how to invite an accountant to your company.
The accountant doesn't need to take the exam if he only needs to track your business information. You can invite him to QuickBooks Online to help you with your company.
I'll show you how to invite an accountant:
- Go to the Gear icon and click Manage Users.
- Click on the Accounting Firms tab.
- Select Invite.
- Enter the accountants information and click Save.
An email invitation will be sent to them where they can accept the invitation. Once they've accepted it their status as Active.
