I can understand your desire to speak with a phone agent right away. Beginning of the year is always a longer wait time as a lot of customers have year end payroll and tax issues they need assistance with.
There are various avenues for support. You can post your question here where people are more than happy to offer suggestions. There are tons of help articles, tutorials and webinars available as well.
If you want to speak with phone support however, you would need to call the normal support number.
