Re: Can someone help me contact customer support? On-line help does not work
SIR NEW TAX COLUMN TCS @0.075% GOVT CHARGE. BUT IN YOUR APPLICATION NOT SHOWN .PLS UPDATE
This isn't the kind of experience I want you to have when contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) support, @contact number.
We've updated our contact options in QBO. You're able to contact our Customer Care team through the Help menu. Just make sure to request a callback or start a chat session during business hours (Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST and Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST. This to ensure we're able to address your concern on time.
In case you want to talk to one of our representatives, here's how:
I've attached a screenshot below for your reference.
On the other hand, the Tax collected at Source or TCS is calculated based on the sales value or (Scrap Value + GST). The TCS @0.075% government charge isn't available in the QBO US version. This is because it's a tax specifically for the India region.
The system won't automatically calculate the said tax and it won't show on the list of choices under the Tax column since it's currently isn't supported. However, you can create either a non-inventory product or service and then add it as a line item. From there, you can manually enter the calculated TCS @0.075% charge when you create a transaction.
To create an item, here's how:
Once done, apply or add the TCS @0.075% item on your sales or expense transaction. Please see the attached screenshot below for your reference.
I want to make sure you're updated with the system's latest news and feature upgrades. To do this, I'd recommend visiting our blog: The QuickBooks Blog. It also includes the link to the Quick Start Guide and QuickBooks Resource Center pages where you can find helpful articles to further guide you in managing your business.
Please know that you're always welcome to comment below if you have other concerns or follow-up inquiries about managing your taxes in QBO. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
I have been dealing with the same issue for months now. My old version of QB's worked fine. I can't get any support no matter what I do. I feel it was a big mistake to upgrade.
On line support keeps saying they are off line!!!
