Can't access "VIEW" on reconciliation discrepancy report

Hi -

I have the reconciliation discrepancy report (QBO) pulled up and under History is says "view" but all I get is redirected to a blank white screen.  I am trying to view deleted transactions so I can fix my reconcile, but without being able to view from that report, I don't know where to go as these transactions are deleted.   Thanks in advance,
