There are troubleshooting steps to fix this report display issue. Before anything else, I'd like to know what report you ran and how you customized the report so we can identify the root cause and provide the exact resolution to show the correct bank in your report.

 

If you're running the Transaction Detail by Account, you'll need to select the bank account in the Filter section by selecting Distribution account, Equals (this field will depend on what transaction you want to see), and the third field is your bank name.

 

If this isn't the case, let's log in to your account in a private or incognito mode to avoid storing cache files that can cause errors when using a web-based program like your account is experiencing in the meantime.

 

You can utilize these shortcut keys: 

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

 

Then, rerun the report and apply the same filters. If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser to eliminate damaged data. If the issue persists, you can use another supported browser or device. This happens if the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
