Join nowI'm having trouble editing invoices in mobile.
These invoices are 'draft' invoices created via Acuity Scheduling. When I go into QuickBooks mobile to edit, I get the error attached.
Now if I open QuickBooks via chrome on mobile, then open the invoice and save it without making any changes, I can then open and edit it via mobile.
Hi nicholas centurion,
We can do troubleshooting to get this error fixed. Let's try clearing your app's data to refresh the settings, so it behaves as it did the first time you installed it.
Here's how:
Then, restart your mobile phone and try editing the invoices from your mobile app. If you get the same result, then you can uninstall and re-install the app.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions. Thanks.
RenjolynC,
I have performed all of the suggested actions and I'm still getting the error.
