Thanks for posting in the Community. I'm here to help locate your recurring invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Let's start by going to the Sales menu. Here's how:

 

1. Go to the Sales menu at the left pane, then All Sales.
2. Click the Filter option, then choose Invoice on the Type drop-down.
3. Enter your preferred Date and the name of that specific Customer.
4. Select Apply.

You can also use the Audit Log feature to locate the posted recurring invoice(s). Here's how:

 

1. Go to the Gear icon, then pick Audit Log under Tools column.
2. Click the Filter button, then choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
3. Select Apply.
