Can't print invoices from QB online today August 28

Hi @JCCO , open qbo in private windows, clear cache (click this ) and browsing history, then try print again. Cheers.

Hi that still did not work. Reports can be printed but not invoices r sales receipts. This happened in the last 24 hours and seems to be in chrome alone.

Clearing the cache in Chrome did not work. Reports may be printed but not sales recipts or invoices. Firefox works to print everything normally. This happened overnight.

Since it works using Firefox, the problem may be browser-related. I recommend updating the Google Chrome application to the latest release to get rid of any issues.
