For Quickbooks Online subscription, cards that are accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Also, I'd encourage you to check the forms of payment that are not supported to use when paying your bill.

If you confirmed everything, I'd recommend accessing QuickBooks in a private browser. This type of window doesn’t store any cache that causes a browser to load slowly or experiencing unusual behavior. Here are the shortcut keys you can use depending on the browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If you're able to save your new credit card information, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to prevent any unexpected behavior. You can also use other compatible browsers in QBO. If you need further assistance, you can contact our QuickBooks support team by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Help at the upper-right corner.
  2. Enter a short description of your concern. 
  3. Click Talk to a human. Then, I still need a human.
  4. You can then get a callback or send a message to start a conversation with our specialist.
