Let me shed some light on user access rights in QuickBooks Online (QBO), accounts404.
The user can edit the estimate template if the access rights are set to Limited Customer Standard user type. They can also add, edit, and delete customers, products, and services on your account. To check verify this one. let's revisit the user access setup. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
- Choose Manage users.
- Tick Edit on the user.
- Make sure the Standard user is selected on the Select user type section.
- Tap Next.
- Under the Select access rights section, verify if you choose Customers under Limited.
- Click Next until Save.

- For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N

- For Safari browser: Command + Option + P
If it works, let them go back to the regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history.
