I’m glad you turn to the Community about adding additional lines to your invoice. I can guide you on how to set up the items, so they’ll show up correctly on the transaction.
The good news is, the trial version for QBO allows you to enter the Box fee, Order Processing fee, and etc. in the invoice. You can use the Bundle feature to group items you often sell together.
Let me walk you through the step by step process:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top, and select Products and Services.
- Click on the New button.
- In the Product/Service information page, choose Bundle.
- Enter the bundle name, SKU, description, and which products/services are included.
- Once done, click on Save and close.

That'll do it. When creating an invoice, all the items will automatically show up on the transaction.
