I can help you add a custom field for insurance when creating invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To add a line for insurance, we'll need to customize the template used when creating invoices.
Here's how:
When creating invoices, make sure to select the template you've customized.
Let me know directly if you have additional questions about customizing an invoice template. I'd be glad to help.
I have prepared an invoice and would like to add some lines on it. Sample of invoice is as follows:
Description Qty Rate Amount
Fresh Fruit iPhone 8 2 1 2
Seeing Stars iPhone 8 1 1 1
Total 3 3
Now I want to add some lines below Fresh fruit iPhone and below Seeing stars iPhone like, Box fee, Order Processing fee, etc. Please inform me how to add these lines in invoice using quickbooks free trial. Does quickbooks free trial has this capacity or not.
Thanks and look forward to hearing from you soon.
Hey there, peggyava.
I’m glad you turn to the Community about adding additional lines to your invoice. I can guide you on how to set up the items, so they’ll show up correctly on the transaction.
The good news is, the trial version for QBO allows you to enter the Box fee, Order Processing fee, and etc. in the invoice. You can use the Bundle feature to group items you often sell together.
Let me walk you through the step by step process:
I also added a link that will visually guide you through the process. Just make sure to go directly to the How to create a bundle section.
That'll do it. When creating an invoice, all the items will automatically show up on the transaction.
If you have additional questions about QBO, please know that I'm always around to answer them. Have a great day ahead.
