Currently, there's no option to add a viewable field to the iPad screen for QuickBooks Online to show the cost and price for a product. However, I'd suggest logging in to your QuickBooks account via a browser. From there, you can go to the Product and Services page to see the default viewable field for cost and price for a product.
Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner.
Choose Product and Services and click the New button to add a new item.
Select Non-inventory or Service.
Add a name. If you track SKUs, enter a SKU for the product.
Select the I sell this product/service to my customers checkbox. If you don't sell the item, you can leave it unchecked.
Enter an amount in the Sales price/rate field. Note: If you charge a variable rate for services, you can leave the Sales price/rate data field blank.
Select I purchase this product/service from a vendor.
Add the Cost. If the price changes, don’t worry. You can still enter the updated price when it’s time to buy supplies.
