Can you change the invoices heading, like date, invoice number, and so Chinese or Japanese to English? Do you have any idea on how to fix this issue?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) US version only have one language to use for sales forms and things you see in your QBO account. If you use the ROW version, you'll have an option to change the language from the settings. 

I understand how you want your book works using the desired languages for the invoices. For now, we can also look for a third-party application that helps you get this done in the program. Find an application that can be integrated with QBO and change the invoices title and other information to other languages.

To search for applications in your account, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. From the left pane, click on Apps.
3. Search for apps in the search box.

Once you have an application, you can contact their support so they can guide you with the process and provide additional details you might need to know about the application.

Thank you but I solved the issue. For anybody that needs it:

From the customer page > Edit > Scroll to Payments

From "Language to use when you send invoices" drop down, select your language.
