For security purposes, I recommend reaching out to a member of the Support Team. Agents have specialized tools to access your account details to determine why you were charged early. 

 

Here's how to start chatting with a live agent: 

  1. Hover over the Help option in the top menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help
  2. Choose Contact us
  3. Enter in your description of your issue and click Continue
  4. Pick Start messaging
  5. Enter in your information and go to Submit
