With QBs Online, you can only have one Company per Online Account. So you'll need to set up an additional account for the second Company.
With QB Desktop you can have as many Company Files as you want. If you go this route, I strongly suggest you keep each Company in it's own Sub Folder.

You can use the same email address to manage multiple QBO accounts, not QBSE.
