Can you help me? When I email an estimate the estimate is not in the template form. This has just changed just from a couple of weeks ago. Did the update change it?

Welcome to the Community, @jill42.

 

Thanks for informing us about missing details on the estimate. Currently, our engineers already know about this and continue working to fix it as soon as they can. The code is INV-52004 wherein some users are unable to see the estimate details like from the preview version. This may be due to some programming languages with the recent updates that cause this behavior. Rest assured it will be fixed.

 

Please contact us promptly so that we can add you on the list of users who get this experience and to attach your account to the investigation. Once it's mend, you'll be notified via email sooner.

 

Also, please know that our chat and phone supports are available from Mondays-Fridays, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks.
  2. Select Help on the top right and then click Contact Us.
  3. Type brief details about your concern, then tap Let's talk.
  4. Choose to Start a chat or Get a callback.

In the meantime, you can download a PDF copy of it and then send the PDF version to the customer by email.

 

You can follow these steps below on how to download the estimate from QuickBooks:

  1. Go to Sales and then select All Sales.
  2. Click the estimate and choose Print or Preview, then Print or Preview.
  3. Click Download.

Once done, attach it on the email when you send it to your customer's email.
