well you can with a work around if you are using outlook, I have not tried it with web mail
If you save the other invoices to pdf, when outlook comes up to mail the first invoice, you can manually attache the other saved pdf invoices

Nope. It's one invoice per email.
I'll throw out another option. If you mark all invoices for the one email to be printed, you can print them as one PDF and attach that single document to the email.
