I am logged in and cannot open selected file when clicking on it.

Can you tell me why I cannot open customer files?

It could be a browser issue, k.larkins.

Let's try accessing you account through a private browser. Just press CTRL+Shift+N on your keyboard. If you can open your customer file, you can go back to the regular mode and clear your browser's cache. Doing this helps your browser to function efficiently. 

You can also access your account using another browser.

  1. Go to
  2. Select your QuickBooks version.
  3. Click Search for something else, and then type question in the field.
  4. Click Search.
  5. Click Get Phone Number.
