Can you transfer desktop quick books to my mobile device.

Are you referring in moving your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) data to QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile device? If so, let me guide you on how. To start, let's make sure that your QBDT is updated to its latest release. Then, check if your company file isn’t too big to export.

Once confirmed, import your desktop file to QBO:

1. Log in as an admin to the company file you need to import.
2. Navigate to the Company menu, then click Export Company File to QuickBooks Online.
3. Tap Start your export. 
4. Sign in as an admin to your QuickBooks Online company.
5. If you track inventory in QuickBooks Desktop:
   • Choose Yes to bring them over, then specify the as of date.
   • Pick No if you want to set up new items later in QuickBooks Online.

   Note: Only QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced can track inventory. Both plans use the FIFO method.

6. Hit the Choose online company dropdown, and click the QuickBooks Online company you want to be replaced by your company file.
7. Tick Continue.
8. Type “Agree” in the text field, then Replace.
9. Select Yes, go ahead and replace the data, then Replace.

If you’re referring to open your QBO account on your mobile device. Here are the easy steps you can perform:

1. Download QuickBooks Online mobile app. To access your account using a mobile device. 
2. Once done, open the app.
3. Enter your UserID and Password.
4. Click Sign in.
5. You may be asked to enter a one-time code to confirm your identity. Once confirmed, you can continue into your account.
