Re: Cant successfully setup online payments via invoicing

Hello there, vanzylwj.

I went through the list of reported issues and didn't find any concerns similar to yours. I would like to know if what happens when setting up online payments and if you received any error on the page you were working with, so I can help you further.

In the meantime, we can perform a few basic troubleshooting steps to fix this. Stored data needs to be deleted so your browser can function well. Here's how:

  1. Log in using a private browser and set up your online payments there.
  2. If you were able to successfully set up or turn on using the private browser, we can clear you main browsers cache.
  3. You can also use other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.

If the same thing happens, I suggest reaching to our Merchant Services Team to help you check your account.

Let me know how this worked. I'd be around to assist you.

Re: Cant successfully setup online payments via invoicing

Hi Catherine_B,

Attached a the error report I receive when trying to setup my account.

I've setup 2 other accounts on the same day when attempting to do this one, one of which was even on the same profile and worked without any problems.

Do not understand why one subscription on a specific profile work and the other one wont be allowed to register.

Thank you.
