Cash basis p&l statement

Hi there, @Slip.

It's nice to have you in the Community today. I have some information to share about issues with Profit and Loss statement doesn't match with the bank account.

You'll need to make sure that the date range of your Profit &Loss report is filtered correctly. This is to check that all the transactions are covered on your desired period.  Once verified that all details are correct and the issue persists, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to check on your account such as screen sharing, which can help them determine what may be causing the issue.

Please follow the steps below to reach them:

  1. In your browser, navigate to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Click the issue or topic.
  4. On the right side, click the Green Phone button to see the support number.

This should keep you moving today. Please don't hesitate to post any questions that you may have. Wishing you and your business continued success.
