I've successfully added a line to by chart of accounts, but when I try to print my report the line doesn't show up. Thanks for advice as to what I've done wrong!
p.s. - it loaded on the revenue side fine.
Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'd be glad to lend a hand regarding the missing line when printing the budget report in QuickBooks Desktop.
The budget reports available in the Desktop version only displays income and expense accounts only. You can review the report filters to ensure it reflects what you need.
I've tried to create a new expense account, and it still prints from the report even with no transactions on it. To review the filter, you can follow these steps:
