I'm glad to give you a good news. Online Bill Pay has no monthly subscription fee for this service, you will only charged a transaction fee for each payment you process.
You can sign up directly from your QuickBooks Online account. I'll guide you how:
- Go to the Apps menu.
- In the search field, search Bill Pay.
- Select Bill Pay for QuickBooks Online.
- Click on the Learn more button, then choose Get Started.
- Follow the prompts to connect your bank account. (For more information: Online Bill Pay - Add a new bank account.).
- Select Open, then click Next.
- Provide your personal information, then tap Next.
- Answer the identity check questions to finish the process.
