Class Tracking section in payroll settings is missing

Hi there, @chris330.

I hope you're enjoying the day so far. Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

It sounds like you may have some browser issues going on that's causing your class tracking section to be missing from the payroll settings. Such as corrupted cache.

Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time, these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your missing class tracking section. Let's clear the cache from your browser. I've included the links for all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below.

After clearing cache, make sure to restart your browser. Then, let's check if the class tracking section appears.

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Under Settings, select Payroll Settings.
  3. On the Setup Overview page, click on Accounting under Preferences.
  4. If prompted, Click Customize. If not, scroll down at the bottom of the screen to see the Classes section.
  5. Select the option that will best fit your preference for class tracking.

Please let me know how it goes. I'll be here if you have any questions or concerns. Take care!
