Client updated his email. How can I edit client information. I go to client but all I see is an option to view?

I can guide you with changing the client's email address in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

To update the information, you can either open an existing transaction or create a new one. On the Invoice screen, there will be an option to edit the customer info under the Bill to section.

 

Here are the detailed steps with some screenshots for your visual reference:

 

  1. Log into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Click Invoices from the left panel.
  3. Edit an existing invoice or select the Create invoice option. 
  4. Choose the customer.
  5. Press the Edit customer info option. 
  6. Update the email. 
  7. Hit Save

You can ask the Master Admin to grant you access to edit Customer Information. You can also use these references about user type and the access you can have :
