Confused how to use QB Cash to pay vendors?

QuickBooks Cash is a checking account within the QuickBooks Online software suite. 

Once the account is active, you can use this for business checking services using the debit card to pay for digital and in-person transactions. 

If the option to sign up for Bill Pay is not available within your QuickBooks Online account, you can use the direct link to Online Bill Pay to sign up. Then, your QuickBooks Cash routing and account number to connect with the app. Here's how:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to Online Bill Pay Learn More page, then select Get Started.
3. Enter your company information, then select Next.
4. Follow the prompts to connect your bank account. (For more information: Online Bill Pay - Add a new bank account.)
5. Click Open and select Next.
6. Enter in your personal information, then click Next.
7. Finally, answer a few identity check questions.
