I have the steps on how you can reach out to our customer service agents. If you have the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, and select Talk to a human.
  2. Choose Talk to a human again.
  3. Proceed with I still need a human.
  4. Click the Contact us link.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a call.

You can also share the details of your concerns here. We might be able to fix the problem without calling support.

MY subscription expired without me receiving a notice. I need to also update my credit card information

Hello there, @Lois Garcia.

 

Let’s check your email address to receive the subscription updates in your account and settings. You can follow the steps below.

 

  1. Go to the gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Under the Company tab, click in the Contact info area.
  3. Erase the current Company email and enter the correct one.
  4. Press Save.

 

Once done, you can update your credit card information. Here

Here’s how to update your billing information:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Settings and then Company Settings.
  3. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. Select Edit for your Payment Method.
  5. Update your billing info.
  6. Select Save.

 

Once you update your billing info, it can take up to 24 hours to activate your account.

I have tried everything and and cannot connect to the bank bank. I have asked repeatedly to talk to a live person and system just keeps sending me in circles. NOW I'm going to ask again for someone to call me!!! [phone number removed]

Hello myeishagreene, 

 

We can go through the steps below using an incognito window to contact our specialist. This lets QuickBooks efficiently without experiencing odd behaviors. Also, ensure to follow it during the support hours. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account and go directly to the Help icon.
  2. Click Talk to a human
  3. Enter a short description of your concern. Then, select I still need a human.
  4. Select Contact us.

 

You can copy the URL from your bank's website and paste it directly when linking that account in QBO. This helps the system recognize the bank account you're trying to connect. If the bank account isn't connected yet to your account, you can bring them manually using the Web Connect feature.
