I have a question regarding converting invoices to an excel file. There a lot of sites that claim this can be done. The objective is to be able to pull certain pieces of information from all of the invoices and have them available for a client. Can you provide a step by step process to achieve this objective? I believe the system is Desktop Pro for Griffin Utilities, a small business that provides services to a larger electric company. Invoices may have one service or multiple services listed. Based on the research I have done it seems all the invoices, sorted by date, could be put into a master report. From the master report of invoices, shouldn't there be a way to export the file to an excel file that can later have a pivot table implemented to pull certain information. The client, a larger electric company, needs on a few items from the invoice page (not all of the information) in an excel file.
Can you provide instructions for this request please?
