Buy nowIt has already been paid, categorized, and reconciled. Today it is back in dashboard as though it was just downloaded as a new payment from our bank. It’s from 7/26. In July payment was already categorized and reconciled. It’s as though it was undone somehow. Suggestions?

To ensure your transactions are correct, I recommend running the Transaction Detail by Account report and double-checking the payments from there. Here's how to access the report:
If you discover that they are duplicates, we can resolve the issue by excluding the newly downloaded payment. Here's how:

After your transactions have been imported, I recommend editing and categorizing them. We can also match them to existing software entries. This will help us ensure that your financial records are accurate.
