When entering a new credit card charge, I would like to start using the Class field to track which employee created this charge. I would like for this then to display on our monthly report, but it does not, even though I put the class field on my report. Has anyone else dealt with this?
Have you enabled the class tracking feature and assigned one to all your credit card purchases/charges? If so, the data should show on the report as well.

If you're unable to see the assigned classes, it's possibly because of data damage. I recommend running the Verify and Rebuild Utility Tool to resolve the issue.
Make sure to create a backup copy of the company file to avoid accidental data loss before performing these steps.
Go to the File menu.
Select Utilities, then Rebuild Data.
Click OK on the QuickBooks Information window.
Follow the prompt to save a backup.
Hit OK when you see Rebuild has completed.
