Credit card with the same name, how can i update or see which card it see ( cannot see last 4 digits) of the card
It could be that the stored temporary internet files in the system is the reason why you're unable to view the last 4 digits of the card, byvladainsta.
When we access websites, our browser retains information and saves site data to help your device access that website more efficiently during subsequent visits. At times, these retained information and data will accumulate causing unusual behaviors in QuickBooks Online.
I can share some troubleshooting steps that will fix this issue. we can start by using a private/incognito in accessing your QuickBooks account. You may refer to the short keys below:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
After signing in, let's go the Account and Settings and then select Billing and Subscription to update your credit card. If you're able to view the last 4 digits, we'll have to go back to your normal browser and clear the cache to delete the accumulated junk files. Doing this process will also enhance your browser experience and improve system performance.
If the same thing happens, we can use other supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks. As of now, here' s our supported browsers:
Safari 11 or newer
I would also suggest signing in to your bank's website and review your QBO-related transactions. This way, you'll be able to track what account you'll have to update.
