We can access your account using a private browser to see if CTRL + V works. Please refer to these shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will remove the stored cache or cookies to refresh your browser. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser as an alternative.
