I created 12 custom fields in QB Advanced. I was told the FIRST three custom fields are the only ones that will Export to OpenInvoice or any other invoicing software. Two of the fields export, but one of them isn't exporting to OpenInvioice. One would think that the bottom 3 custom fields are the first three and should work, but the 3rd doesn't export. I tried renaming each of the other 10 custom fields and exporting, but none of them will export. How can I know for sure which 3 of the custom fields are the first three created and are supposed to export?
I want to ensure you get the support you need to map custom fields on the QuickBooks Online account to your OpenInvoice application so the details will export accordingly. In this case, I recommend contacting OpenInvoice as they have all the tools to get you to export the necessary elements from our software into their system.
Email OpenInvoice at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-866-627-3287.

OpenInvoice said I have to contact QB to find out which of the 3 fields are the ones that will export. We have tried all 12 of the custom fields and only two of them will export, so I need to know which one is the third field.
Thanks for keeping us updated, ldheinen29.
Normally, the first three custom fields that you've added or used will be imported. Since the third one isn't importing after trying the 12 custom fields, I'd recommend getting in touch with our technical supports. This way, we'll be able to look into your account and investigate this issue. Here's how to connect with us:
I also encourage checking these articles to learn how to utilize the custom fields to organize and track customer and vendor data:
