Customer needs a receipt, with transaction details (cc, invoice # etc) for an inv. they paid via CC. They get them every week when they pay but did not get for one week

Hello brian91,

 

In QuickBooks Online, receipts for invoice payments are not sent automatically. You'll need to sent it manually.

  1. Select Sales on the left menu and go to the All Sales tab.
  2. Look for the invoice payment. You can use the Filter if necessary.
  3. Click on the invoice payment and select Save and send.
  4. Select Send and close.
