Thanks for dropping by the Community, while there may be several reasons why your numbers aren't matching up, more often than not it has to do with a date discrepancy between the Customer Center and the A/R aging reports. Make sure the dates are correct and if you're still experiencing issues, refer to this helpful article highlighting multiple steps you can take to try and correct the numbers: AR balance on the Chart of Accounts does not match AR balance on reports.
